Greenhouse Channel & Wire Set with Connectors, for Plastic or Shade Cloth Attachment

This is the second generation of SHANS aluminum greenhouse lock channel, which includes 10 channels (6.5ft each), 10 spring wires (6.5ft each), and 10 connectors (4 inches each). Our experienced factory precisely manufactures the lock channel, with subsequent cutting done by a precision saw to ensure a smooth, deformation-free cross section.

Our second generation products have undergone significant upgrades. We have increased the thickness of the aluminum channel to enhance its strength and prevent breakage when bent. We have optimized the internal space of the channel by removing right-angle protrusions, making installation and removal of the spring wire more convenient.

The improved design features a reasonable inclination angle that securely holds the spring wire in place. The outer layer has been strengthened through oxidization, ensuring a longer service life in adverse weather conditions. Accurate air-cooling quenching technology has been utilized to enhance the hardness of the outer layer, increasing the resistance of the channel to strong winds and improving the safety of your greenhouse.
